1) Finish grading and soil preparation-
Trees Inc. will loosen compacted soil, grade to provide the proper drainage, remove debris, hand finish as necessary and provide and install the highest quality topsoil or soil amendments such as compost or humates as an option. Your lawn depends on a smooth start and that is what it gets from Trees Inc.

2) Drill seed application-
Trees Inc. will take an extra step in the seed application process by using a brillion seed-drill to insure the best possible seed to soil contact. this also helps to break-up soil clumps leaving a smoother finish.

3) Hydromulch application-
The hydromulch mixture, containing fertilizer, seed, cellulose fiber, green coloring, tackifier and our top secret ingredient straw, for erosion prevention, is sprayed over the lawn area. this takes quite a powerful machine as you can imagine and the 1500 gallon Bowie hydromulcher used by Trees Inc. is the 'Baddest in the Business' and will cover the average home lawn in one tank.

4) Follow-up-
Our unique 30 and 60 day follow-up fertilizer treatments let us get a look at how your lawn is doing. If patching is necessary it is done right on the spot, no call is necessary. The fertilizing and patching are done with a smile and no extra charge!
